Cancellation & rescheduling
The final notice period, permitted changes, late-arrival treatment and no-show terms must be confirmed by the practice before booking is enabled.
Refunds
The final refund rules must state when a payment is refundable, partly refundable or non-refundable, including treatment of preparation work already completed.
Payment terms
The applicable fee must be shown before payment. Professional services start from ₹51,000; additional scope is quoted separately.
